One-of-One Isn’t an Upgrade. It’s How We Work.

Every Squad is painted and finished as a single, focused project in our Knowlton installation — from refined single-colour finishes to fully illustrated story frames.

Every Squad begins as raw carbon and only receives colour once your build is defined. Frames arrive at our facility and move straight into the paint factory in Knowlton, where each project is treated as a single, focused commission rather than stock.

Every Squad is painted and finished as a single, focused project in our Knowlton paint factory — from refined single-colour finishes to fully illustrated story frames. Before any colour goes on the frame, we confirm the design with you: palette, finishes, logos and small personal details, so the brief is crystal clear on both sides. From there, the work becomes very meticulous. Preparation is everything: inspection, sanding, priming and masking done by hand until the surface is perfect. Colour is built in controlled layers, sometimes with airbrush, sometimes with other techniques, always looking for balance in weight and line. Final clear — satin, gloss or a mix of both — is applied with the same care, then the frame is allowed to cure before it goes to assembly. Every project is measured, adjusted and almost caressed into place, all the way to the complete bike.

Our One-of-1 approach is not a special option — it’s the standard. Every road, gravel and triathlon build is specified for one rider, with its own paint brief and component spec. Many riders begin with our own colour families, palettes developed to sit beautifully on each platform. From there, we tune the finish with you: full gloss, soft satin or a mix of both; calm single colours, sharp contrasts or tone-on-tone work, always finished to your taste.

How the One-of-One Studio Works

From first conversation to final torque check, every Squad follows the same path: define the brief, bring it to life in paint, then complete the build under one roof.
